Shipping & Handling: Most orders take about 1~3 working days to ship out after payment is confirmed. It takes another 5~10 working days to reach their destinations. We are not able to provide any tracking information if your order was placed less than 7 working days.

We only ship items to continental USA. We don't ship item to HI,AL,PR and anywhere outside of USA. Extra shipping fee may apply to residential address,cities in central,east coast & some remote locations.

All wholesales orders and OVERSIZE PACKAGE (Item #: CE504C/504D/504E/504F) will be shipped by LTL trucking.Please feel free to contact sales team sales@ezfloormat.com for accurate shipping quotation before ordering.

Shipping & Handling charges on regular size mats (SKU: 504A/B or 2415 series) are usually calculated and presented on the CHECKOUT verification Page. Discount shipping & handling are under certain packing condition and all detail information is in next verification page. .

Customers can send in e-mail to request the tracking number of their shipment. Shopping order number, customer name, address and return e-mail address should be provided with the request for processing. Medi Yoga Products will not accept responsibility in case of delay in processing caused by insufficient information.

Warrenty/Exchange:
Medi Yoga Products warrants as limited herein to the original purchaser (referred hereafter as The Customer) that all products supplied by Medi Yoga Products shall be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one month from date of original purchase from Medi Yoga Products.

Under this limited warranty, Medi Yoga Products ONLY replaces defective product items/components. No assembly labor is included. Also, Medi Yoga Products is NOT responsible for costs of transportation for returning the products by the Customer. All original shipping fees that ship from Medi Yoga Products to customers are NOT refundable. This warranty shall only cover manufacturer's defects arising from normal residential usage. It does not apply to any conditions or damage resulting from negligence, misuse or abuse, or any conditions resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.

The customer should contact Medi Yoga to report manufacturer's defects and get approval of the return. Medi Yoga reserves the right not to repair/replace products without prior confirmation of return shipment. Availability of replacement items/parts depends on shipment schedule.

Medi Yoga Products makes no further warranties or representations except those contained herein. No representative or dealer is authorized to assume any other liability regarding products supplied by Medi Yoga Products. Medi Yoga Products shall in no event be liable for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages.

There are NO returns on custom orders, however we will cover warranty issues stated in the paragraphs above. Please contact us if there are any concerns regarding our policies.

Return/Restocking: 
We guarantee the quality on all our EVA foam product. If you don't satisfy on our product, please contact sales@ezfloormat.com for replacement. Replacement parts are only available sales order within 15 days with original sales invoice. Replacement is "EXCHANGE" only. No credit or money refund for any open item. Shipping fee in original order is NOT refundable in any situation.

Orders Modifications: Modification of orders is subjected to Medi Yoga Products' confirmation. Modification can be made at no extra charge before products are shipped. Otherwise Customer might be subjected to charges as stated in our Terms of Return/Restocking.

Enquiry Commitment: Medi Yoga Products is committed to respond to product inquiries within 48 hours for enquiries sent during Monday to Friday. However, we may need longer time to response during busy seasons, weekends and holidays.
